RAZOR VX5

I'm a big fan of the OE replaceable blade model, especially the ability to share blades between units. I have several VX and working models, and this is the one that I find myself genuinely reaching to carry over knives that are 3-4x the price in my EDC collection. Fit and finish are what you would expect from a flagship model, the action is smooth and feels as distinct as ceramic bearings should. I really have no complaints, this is an excellent choice if you're looking for the higher end experience with the replaceable blade philosophy from OE. Well done guys, looking forward to future products.

Coolest knife I’ve owned in years

The VX5 is well made and I love the look of it. However I wish it was offered in a larger version with a 3 1/2” or 4” blade. I work construction and I have large hands, and a larger overall knife would be a better fit for people with large hands. Also a larger blade would be beneficial in many situations I encounter at work and at home. I don’t want to change to different knife because I love the look of the VX5. The carbon fiber really gives it an elegant sleek look. If I could make any recommendations, it would be to offer a similar knife but in a larger overall version. Would be excited to see a larger knife like the vx5 become available!

Great looking knife with the rose colored screws! I have been using outdooredge knifes for 10 years because of the ability to have a quick change blade. Only knife I carry everyday.

Nicest looking knife I believe they offer. Everyone knows how sharp these things are. I’ve already had friends order this exact setup just because it looks nicer to carry than orange or blue. Highly recommend!!!!!

Took a bit of sewing machine oil to get it easier to flip open, but otherwise a perfect everyday carry knife.

I have ordered a fair number of OutdoorEdge knives. I have become a little frustrated with most of them since my initial first one ( which I ordered prior to setting up an account, so haven;t been able to pinpoint exactly which model it was), upon recieving my most recent (Razor VX5) now I am disappointed with the knife. The blade will not extend to the lock position with the finger assist, Shouldn't have to lubricate my knife on it's virgin run.'

The blade is stuffer than expected for a replaceable system. The blades are very sharp and easy to replace. The opening isn't as smooth as it could be but I think a drop of lubricant will fix that along with some repeated use. The liner lock is sufficient as well.
