ErgoMax™ Chef's Essentials

These are great sharp knives right out of the box and I love using them in my kitchen for prep work. I'm a full-time recipe developer and wild game chef, so I need knives that will hold up to constant use, and these do just that. I also appreciate the ErgoMax handle! I've got 50-year-old hands that are starting to suffer from arthritis, and the handles help with immensely when I have long days of chopping and dicing.

Awesome knives for the price I bought the whole set. Every knife is fantastic.

So far so good, we like the handles and blade covers. The true test will be how long the knife will hold a sharp edge. In addition, if the sharp edge can come back to life once resharpened.

Very sharp and well made knives. Love the feel of the handles, good grip and makes cutting easy with no worries of losing control of the blade.

Great product , its not often you truly get a great product for a good deal but here it is.

Absolutely the best knives I’ve ever purchased!

VERY NICE KNIVE SET!
The handles fit your hand perfectly and are non slip even if you are cutting somehting slimmy like fish or fruit.
The finish is a dark black like finish that is almost like a mirror. It cleans up very easily.
The edges are extremely sharp and continue to hold their edge even after a substatial amount of work with them.
Great Buy! Will be purchasing another set to give my son.

Sharp as could be and as expected

I first ordered this knife set because it was on sale at a great price before Christmas. Upon receiving them I decided to try them out on a meat cutting project and to say I was impressed would be an understatement of epic proportions. I reduced one whole beef ribeye loin and one whole beef New York strip loin into two inch thick steaks in no time at all and never had to stop to sharpen. Later that day my wife and I decided to purchase three more sets for Christmas presents for our two Daughters, One of our Granddaughters, and my Son and his wife. Thank you Outdoorsmen Edge for creating such an awesome product!! Now if you could just do something about the price of Beef.

These knives are sharp and feel great in the hand. On top of that they just look awesome!

The small knife is only beveled on one side.

So far so good. Only used them a couple times but they are easy to handle and extremely sharp and cut with ease.

Good price and quality seems great. Handles are rubber coated and easy to hold. They are sharp.

First impression was how well they were packed. More importantly, I can’t remember cutting anything with blades so sharp! I put on cut proof gloves to prevent any accidents. Very impressed and money well spent.

These things are killer. Very sharp. Well balanced…..and secondarily very stylish

I have not had the opportunity to use them often enough to fully evaluate. My first impression is very positive. They are sharp, easy to handle and comfortable in my hand.
I have washed them by hand. There isn't information on dishwasher compatibility.
I hope they maintain the sharp edge with repeated use.
