Blade falls out.

Have 2 of these knives love the idea but on my razor max the blade will not stay in. Have cleaned it with extreme hot water and soap. Also soaked in alcohol trying to free up the blood/fat residue. Used an old tooth brush thought it was holding blade well then I gutted a deer and blade stuck in lower rib I almost cut my arm pulling diaphragm out of the deer. Wish I could contact the company but can’t find a contact us link.. not hapoy

Jason-We are sorry to hear you are experienceing issues with your RazorMax. Customer service will be in contact with soon.

Great product.

This is a very handy tool. I use it for so many tasks, from work in the kitchen, to skinning and prepping a deer.

Sharp

The RazorMax is very sharp. I barely touched my finger when I was unpackaging and I got a small cut.

Thank you for the reivew David. Be safe out there and good luck this fall!

Sharp but hard to mess with once its bloody/hairy

These blades are super sharp out of the package and I like never having to worry that the blade will fold on me with the fixed blade option. However, hair and clotted blood make their way into the seems between the blade and blade holder, which can be a minor pain when switching out blades mid-field-butchering because it gums up the whole situation.

Kyle-Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for RazorMax®. We appreciate your feedback! We understand that dealing with hair and clotted blood can be a bit of a hassle, especially if it is a fatty animal. For after the hunt it is best to soak your knife in warm water when you get home and that will help for future use. Thanks again for choosing RazorMax®.

Typical Outdoor Edge Quality

The fixed blade version of my daily carry knife is as expected. Edge grinding is sharp but the blade reinforcement like all outdoor edge knives impedes slicing and crap gets in the groove. It’s what I expected, I wish you would have asked me to review the ERGOMAX set I bought at the same time lol
