This pivoting stainless steel bar makes field dressing easier and cools fresh game meat faster. To use, saw through the ribcage, set the Steel Stick on both sides of the chest and press down. The Steel Stick locks in position and spreads the brisket completely open. Comes complete with a nylon sheath.

Great Tool

This is way better than the way we did it when I was a kid, a 2x4 with notch's cut on the ends, no way to adjust the length. I would be surprised if you could break it. It works just the way it should. Really a great addition to help you get field dressed.
